All FMTY require a 4 hour minimum, 50% deposit and my roundtrip business or first class airfare & 4+ star hotel accommodations.

If I will be joining you for a trip in which you have other engagements (i.e. work trips) please include a $1000 allowance per day so that I may explore the city freely.

Although it is my greatest joy to connect with you, please know that no matter how much we enjoy each other, all my time is compensated for. If you’d like to stay in touch between dates, besides logistics and occasional pleasantries, please inquire about arrangements.

Cancellation

72 hour notice: Deposit is transferable if able to meet within the same week or tour. Deposit is kept if not, and 30% cancellation fee is required.  24 hour notice: Deposit kept and a 50% cancellation fee will be required. Any 24 hr cancellations on tour are subject to 100% fee. Otherwise 50% fee. If I have taken a deposit and have to cancel it will be returned in full. 

Failure to send cancellation fee will result in a blacklisting.

Other Details

For bookings that require travel over 40 miles, fees and a two hour booking minimum will apply.

**I require 7  hours of beauty rest for any overnight adventures.

Bookings longer than 24 hours also require 2 hours of personal time and a private room for sleeping so I can give you my best, most refreshed self. 

You may find that we’re enjoying each other so much that you’d like to extend our time and pleasure. So long as my schedule allows for that, I am happy to accommodate.  Add $700/hour.

I enjoy and prioritize dates planned in advance. On rare occasions, I may have space for last minute bookings for an additional $250 fee.

Couples add $600/hour. Please note that both parties require screening and direct communication with me prior to meeting.

 No fees or tips will be quoted, negotiated, assessed, or collected in exchange for sexual conduct of any kind. Any attempt to compromise my position on these issues will result in:
1. Immediate termination of our time together, 2. Forfeiture of all donations, 3. End all further contact. Anything else that may occur during our time together is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age. With reference to CA Penal Code section 647(b) and CALJIC No. 16.42, the services  discussed herein do not in any way include or relate to either: (1) engagement in any lewd act for money or other consideration, or (2) Solicitation, offer, or agreement to engage in any lewd act for money or other consideration.
